I have been tagged!  by my sweet friend Bucket!  Who is just a few days I will be spending 7 days with!!!!  woo hoo!  Creative Escape here we come!

okay.....so need to list 6 random  things about me...she had two tags on her site, so thinking I only need to do one right?

1.  I don't eat foods that wiggle....just freaks me out!

2.  Little people scare me....not like children little people...but like little people.  I am sure they are super sweet and nice...they scare me.

3.  I have to take advil every night so I can go to sleep.  If I don't take them I wake up with the worst headache ever in the middle of the night!

4.  I don't like making left hand turns.  I will if I have to, but will do what I can to get somewhere with just right hand turns.

5.  I have an internal clock that wakes me up at 5 am every day no matter what....sometimes can force to sleep later or in...but really.....

6.  I love to plan things!  I love lists!  I love to plan with a list!

It's Monday!

how was your weekend?  It went by so fast!  But it was a good weekend!

Saturday I did some running around for supplies, me and little of this and that!  My friend Leslee joined me for the day!  so it was a day full of laughs as well!  We ended the day checking out the rental, and making a list of amazing donations for Inspiration Unlimited!

Yesterday I worked on my upcoming class in September.  I have 6 layouts ready to go!  Mom can start counting, cutting and all that good stuff!  hee hee hee!  Have to love mom!  Busy few weeks coming up, and so she wants them done and ready to go!  She is now asking for October classes!  hee hee hee!  by the way...2 done so far for that class!  :)  today I need to order supplies and I will be good to go!

5 days of work until I am on vacation!  Well actually I will be working on the 30th at Scrappin in the Hills, but 5 days here at my real world job.  We are leaving for Arizona next Tuesday morning!  Very excited!!!!  You should see the list of stores we are hitting along the way, and while there!  Very excited!

Finally Friday.....

don't know about you but I am so excited that it is finally Friday!  This has been a long week! 

We are testing again at work....boring!  but it needs to get done, and that is what I have been doing for 3 and 1/2 days this week so far....like a fire drill yesterday.  So many things I need to do!  I need to be on the phone communicating with people....but alas I am testing again today.

If you know me, you know that when I say I am tired....I must be really tired.  So with that...I am tired.  I will watch flashpoint tonight...(taped from last night)....and hope to hit the hay early this evening.  I am getting my hair cut tomorrow, a few places I need to run around to and get some stuff....and then let the creative juices flow!  fingers crossed!  I also need to go to the rental and sort some things for IU!  I hope you aren't tired of me talking about IU!  Really getting excited, and this week has been amazing with emails and stuff like that!  Work still needs to be sorted and get done for IU too!  as we know it will be the best event ever!!!!!!

Did you watch Big Brother last night?  no lost and no surprises with April leaving...sayonara, hasta la vista baby!  I wonder who will win this week's hoh?  they were still competing when it ended last night.....hmmmmm.....

and do you watch great american dog?  bye bye Bella Starlet!  so happy that there will be no more Beth Joy too!  its coming to the end for that show!  I have really enjoyed it though!  It is going to get tougher and tougher now!

crazy but fun few days!

oh the last few days have been a whirlwind!!!!  Crazy but fun whirlwind!  it's all good!  Topped off yesterday by talking to someone!  here is what has been happening!

Inspiration Unlimited....wow wow wow!  We are so close to a sellout!  I just pinch myself when I see the registrations coming in!  We decided that we would do another round of contacts for sponsors as well this week.  Well little did we know....WOW WOW WOW!!!!!  In the last few days we have added the following sponsors:

I am sure I am missing someone!  I hope not!!!!!  but wow wow wow!  That was just in the last few days!  Is that crazy or what?????  so darn excited!

So darn excited...that I think I became overwhelmed with it all yesterday!  I had to whip out the list!  And you know its bad when I have to whip out the list!  I have to write the things down....well I think that might have overwhelmed me as well!  Because.....I received this lovely email from a friend....to call her.  And it was wonderful to talk things out....jot more notes down etc....and just to talk!  So thank you my friend!  It was greatly appreciated yesterday!!!!!  needed it!

no layouts this week!  lol!  I know crazy right?  this weekend for sure!  I have had boxes upon boxes arrive this week!  Yesterday was Pink Paislee!  woo hoo!  Basic Grey the day before!  Lil Davis too!  so you see busy busy week! 

I need to work on layouts this weekend for the class on September 13th, and what the heck on October 11th too!  Will be leaving for a week in Arizona on September 2nd....and need to have them down beforehand, because well....craziness is upon us!

Also starting with a Circle Journal group....they have the best thought out themes....me not so much!  lol!  It is all about Disney in my theme....oh well, I know I will enjoy it!  I need to find a black landscape album though......I see landscape album for this one!

that is about it in a nutshell!  but you know....wouldn't be me if it wasn't a bit crazy here right?

Received some new product yesterday, and so no layouts last night.  I believe I should have some more today too!  :)  pink paislee is on the way I know!  hopefully scenic route is too!  and oh oh oh!  Quickutz will be in the house today too!  Can't wait to see Nutmeg!!!!!!

We are testing again at work!  so in the testing room today!  should be here hopefully only today, and then later next week.  2 weeks today we leave for Creative Escape!  I am looking forward to a break a few days before the event!  I am going to meet up with my chipboard guy when I am there!  It will be great to finally meet!  woo hoo!

Walking in the CHOC walk on October 19th!

The 2008 CHOC/Disneyland Resort Walk in the Park is just around the corner! 

On Sunday, October 19th, I will be one of over 12,000 men, women, and children of all ages joining together to support Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) and CHOC at Mission during a Sunday morning stroll through Disneyland, California Adventure and Downtown Disney.  Last year, with the help of teams, individual participants, sponsors and hundreds of volunteers, the CHOC Walk raised over $1 Million to support patient care.  This year the goal is to raise even more and I need your help!

As a walker, I'm trying to raise as much money as I can to help the children of CHOC.  CHOC is a very special place where any child can receive the medical attention they need, regardless of their ability to pay.  This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the 150,000 children who visit CHOC each year.  Any support you can offer is greatly appreciated.

did you miss me?

I am not at my computer at work the last few days.  I am testing the next drop at a different location for work...and well that means busy busy busy!

I had a class on Saturday at Scrappin' in the Hills....amazing!  The class was full, and still coming in!  Great drive out there!  great students!  and lots of good laughs!  We completed 6 pages!  woo hoo!  I had 7 to complete, so we will just carry over Aquarium of the Pacific to the next class!  Mom and I were exhausted when we got home.....but it was a great day!

Yesterday had some running around to do, and convinced mom she needed to run arond with me!  lol!  Treated her to lunch at Wood Ranch....love the corn in the salad!  hee hee hee!

camd home and worked on the upcoming events we have planned....need to crank out layouts for september and october as I will be overbooked (yes I need to learn to read a calendar!  hee hee hee!) and out of town for over a week after Labor Day!  Can't wait!  Heading to Creative Escape again this year!  woo hoo!  lots of great teachers at the event!  Can't wait!

hello out there!

how is everyone's week going so far?  I am hanging in there!  Glad its Wednesday though!  :)  Its also nail day!  woo hoo!

I have a class this weekend at Scrappin in the Hills!  A full class!  so full that last month we had to ask some to perhaps think of attending on 8-30....crazy!  not sure why, but love it!  And I am thinking they are going to love the layouts!  fingers crossed! 

After Saturday I need to step into high gear for Septembers classes, and October.  I have IU in October, a class, the expo....crazy times ahead!  But the beginning of September I will be headed to Creative Escape!!!!!!  woo hoo!  so losing a whole week there!  but what the heck, you only can dream and live that dream once a year!  and I was selected again this year...so it must be meant to be!  :)

The weekend is over already?

how did that happen?  where did the time go!!!! 

I am back from Girlfriends weekend!  Had a great time as usual!  Friday night through Sunday afternoon!  I thought I would get more done though....but its all good I think!  hee hee hee!  Friday night so could not get the groove going at all!  Might have been that I was sucked into Tori and Dean!!!!  total marathon going on the Oxygen channel!  We went to bed at 1:30 in the morning...and I had done the cover of a 5 x 7 chipboard book....yes you read that correctly!  the cover!

so on Saturday it was all about I need to get this done and get it done now!  So by Saturday night I was done with the album.....it was hurting my head!  lol!  but the girls said it looks good!  so that makes me happy!  then I finished another layout for an upcoming class....browns and teals!  very pretty!  and then lets see....I got stuck on this friggin paper for an upcoming class....lets say 3 hours stuck....so ugh!  frustrated!  Went to bed at 2 am.....and very sleepless night as my brain was still on that darn paper.  Woke up at 7 and left that paper, and went to another layout for an upcoming class.  It went quickly and effortless...woo hoo!  and then back to that darn paper....another couple of hours wasted!!!!  and finally I jsut started cutting!  couldn't figure out what else I could do....and finished the layout!  looks pretty good I think....

watched michael phelps on Saturday night win his first gold!  Woo hoo!  lots of cheering coming from our end!  hee hee hee!

class this Saturday!  pray to the ups gods that I the flowers I needed and didn't get on Friday because out of stock arrive from the two stores I ordered from online on Friday night!  Need those flowers!  Because the layout is too pretty to pass up!
